Frontend Lead

As a Frontend Lead at Northern Arc Capital, your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You will work on various projects, sharpen your skills in Java and Python programming, and contribute to technological advancements. Your responsibilities will include: - Proficient in JavaScript Frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, with experience in state management (Redux, NgRx). - Experience with RESTful APIs & GraphQL for efficient data fetching. - Familiarity with Authentication & Security protocols like OAuth, JWT, and secure session management. - Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+), including semantic HTML5, modern CSS (Grid, Flexbox), and advanced JavaScript. - Strong understanding of Responsive Design principles, ensuring compatibility across browsers. - Proficiency in Version Control & Build Tools like Git, CI/CD tools, Webpack, Gulp, npm, and Yarn. - Knowledge of Performance Tuning techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and Lighthouse audits. - Proficient in Debugging tools like Chrome DevTools and Firefox Developer Edition. Your qualifications should include up to 6+ years of experience as a software developer or in a similar role, along with a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. You should also be skilled in Performance Optimization, Progressive Web Apps (PWA) & SSR development, Team Management, Project Ownership, and Technical Decision-Making. Relevant certifications in Java and Python programming would be beneficial. In terms of concepts, you should have experience with SSR & SSG frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js, Component-Based Architecture, and GraphQL for optimized data fetching. Additionally, your role will involve Leadership & Softskills, including conducting thorough code reviews, providing mentorship to junior developers, and leading the team in problem-solving and making architectural decisions.
