Tech@Lenskart -UI Developer Key Responsibilities- Develop new user-facing features Build reusable code and libraries for future use Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders Skills Required- Proficient in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 Proficient in client-side scripting like JavaScript and ReactJS Proficient in server side scripting like NodeJS, ExpressJS, Redux Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Work with cross-functional teams to ensure if any tech glitch issues resolved. Also work with Product Management and Engineering for the release of the fixes. Ideal Experience- 3 to 6 years of industry experience. Bachelors or Master s Degree in Computer Science/ IT Drive discussions to create/improve product, process and technology Provide end to end solution and design details Mentoring the Junior dev s exposure is a plus Lead development of formalized solution methodologies.
