About the Role

Frontend Developer (React/Next.js)

In this role, you’ll work closely with global engineering teams, scale AI-driven applications, and build highly reliable systems used by leading organizations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy scalable software systems for AI-powered platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and backend performance.
Design and optimize schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases.
Work with cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS) to ensure high availability and security.
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
Contribute to product innovation and automation initiatives.

Qualifications / Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree or higher in
Computer Science
, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in
React
,
Next.js
,
Python
, or
Go
.
Experience designing and maintaining database schemas (SQL and NoSQL).
Familiarity with
GCP
or
AWS
environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.
Ability to align work hours with the
Pacific Time (PT)
zone until at least
11 AM PT

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:
$20,000 – $100,000 USD per year (depending on experience and skill level).
Performance Bonuses:
Up to 40% of base salary.
