Company: Indian / Global Digital Organization Key Skills: React.js, JavaScript, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, Babel, Webpack, Git, Agile, Responsive Design, Docker, Jasmine, Sass, BEM, Immutable.js, NPM, Gulp, Grunt, Material Design Roles & Responsibilities: Develop new user-facing features using React.js. Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Optimize components for maximum performance across a diverse range of web-capable devices. As a Senior, have the opportunity to lead a team of developers across regions. Experience Requirement: 4-10 years of strong experience in proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Advanced Vanilla JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5 development skills. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. Experience with popular React.js workflows, such as Redux. Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript or TypeScript. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js). Experience with common frontend development tools, including Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git. Experience with JS build systems (e.g., grunt/gulp). Desire to work in an Agile environment. Good management and organizational skills. Expertise with responsive websites and mobile rendering (tablets/smartphones). Fluent verbal and written English. Experience leading development teams in cross-regional settings. Bonus: Experience with BEM convention, CSS processors (Sass or LESS), BDD/Unit testing (e.g., Jasmine), Material Design, ALM/code re tools (Git), isomorphic React, continuous integration automation, and containerization (Docker).
