About the Role

We’re looking for a Frontend Developer Intern to join our team at DeleMate and help us build seamless, user-friendly digital experiences for our delivery and marketplace platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers who want to work in a startup environment, take ownership of features, and contribute to real-world applications that impact thousands of users.

You’ll get hands-on exposure to modern frontend technologies while collaborating with a passionate team of developers and designers. By the end of this internship, you won’t just sharpen your coding skills — you’ll also gain the confidence to build production-grade web and mobile interfaces from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and React Native.
• Work closely with the backend team to integrate REST APIs and third-party services seamlessly.
• Optimize UI for speed, scalability, and mobile-first performance.
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
• Contribute to the design system with reusable components, ensuring consistency across the product.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend trends and bring fresh ideas to improve our user experience.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with React.js / React Native for building web and mobile apps.
• Understanding of mobile-first design and responsive layouts.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, API integration, and debugging tools.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup culture.
• Bonus Skills: Knowledge of TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Next.js.
• Extra Edge: Previous exposure to delivery/logistics or marketplace applications.
