Role Overview

Frontend Developer (L1)

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize scalable frontend applications using Next.js (core technology).
• Implement clean, reusable components using

  React.js

  and modern UI patterns.
• Work with

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  , and

  Tailwind CSS

  to ship pixel-perfect layouts.
• Manage application state using

  Redux Toolkit

  or React state management patterns.
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs with frontend components.
• Optimise applications for speed, SEO, and best performance metrics.
• Collaborate with design, backend, and product teams for end-to-end feature delivery.
• Troubleshoot UI issues, fix bugs, and improve code quality.
• Write documentation for components, flows, and deployment steps.

Requirements

• 1 -2  years of experience in frontend development (internships considered).

• Mandatory:

Strong knowledge of Next.js

• Good understanding of:

React.js

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Tailwind CSS

Redux Toolkit

• Ability to convert Figma/UI designs into responsive web pages.
• Understanding of frontend performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering and static site generation in Next.js.
• Basic understanding of API integration and backend interactions.
• SEO fundamentals.
• Exposure to component libraries (Shadcn, MUI, Chakra, etc.).
