Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Team Leader at Hyatt Place Goa Candolim, located in Bardez. The Front Office Team Leader will oversee daily operations of the front desk, manage staff schedules, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and registering guests, handling reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the role involves administrative tasks, training new staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 2 years of prior experience as a Front Office Associate
• Candidate on a lateral move is preferred
