Front Office Staff

We are looking for a Female Front Office Staff. (Fresher/Experienced)

To be successful as a Front Office Staff should be efficient, punctual, reliable, and have good organizational skills, display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. They should also be able to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Calls, Orders, Feedback, Data Etc...
• Organizing, Storing, Tracking Files and Records.
• Scheduling delivery with customers & production dept.
• Assisting other team members as needed to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Languages: Malayalam, English & Tamil
• A bachelor’s degree/Plus two.
• Fresher or experienced.
• Computer, WhatsApp & Social media skills.
