The Front Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for members and clients. This role combines reception duties with inside sales responsibilities, including generating leads, promoting services, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office / Reception Duties:

Greet members, clients, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
Manage appointment scheduling and member bookings.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Handle basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, reports, billing support).

Inside Sales / Membership Duties:

Respond to membership inquiries and provide information about services and pricing.
Promote and sell memberships, packages, and additional services.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into members.
Maintain accurate sales records and report to the Sales Manager.
Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers.
Coordinate with trainers and wellness staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new members.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or higher; Bachelor’s preferred.
Proven experience in reception, customer service, or sales (fitness/gym experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales orientation and ability to meet targets.
Professional, organized, and able to multitask.
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and office software.
