About the role

Front Office Executive


  • Greet and welcome visitors/clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing accurate information.
  • Manage reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle courier, incoming/outgoing mails, and maintain visitor logs.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Provide support to HR/Admin team as required.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Customer service-oriented with a polite and professional attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Front Office Executive/Receptionist.
