Front Office Receptionist

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to be the face of our clinic — someone who welcomes patients warmly, manages appointments efficiently, and ensures an exceptional experience at every visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all patients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes smoothly.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries effectively.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and consultations.
• Maintain and update daily patient records, payments, and reports.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and telecalling team for seamless operations.
• Handle billing, receipts, and maintain the front desk area neatly.
• Address patient queries with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate or 12th pass with good communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Excel).
• Prior experience in clinic, hospital, or hospitality industry preferred.
