• Welcome and assist students and visitors with professionalism and warmth

• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and admissions counselling

• Maintain records, schedules, and communication across departments

• Support the management team in daily administrative tasks

💬 Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam

• Pleasant personality and confident presentation

• Prior experience in counselling or customer service will be an added advantage
