Role: Front Office Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a polished and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the reception and member experience at a high end premium gym in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail or hospitality, a strong service mindset, and genuine interest in fitness and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

● Welcome and assist high end premium members with warmth, professionalism, and discretion

● Manage front desk operations including check-ins, appointments, calls, and inquiries

● Ensure a seamless member experience by coordinating with trainers, sales, and operations teams

● Handle billing, invoicing, membership renewals, and basic cash/card transactions

● Maintain high standards of hygiene, ambience, and front office presentation

● Address member concerns promptly and escalate when required

● Maintain confidentiality and privacy of elite members at all times

Required Skills & Experience

● 2+ years of experience in Retail, Hospitality, Luxury Services, Luxury Retails or Premium Fitness Clubs

● Excellent communication skills with a polished personality

● Strong customer service orientation, especially with high end premium clientele

● Basic knowledge of fitness, gym operations, or wellness services

● Actively involved in fitness-related activities (gymming, yoga, sports, wellness, etc.)

● Comfortable with billing systems and MS Office

● Well-groomed, confident, and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
