Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at Samav Hospitality, located in Jaisalmer. Responsibilities include overseeing office administration tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and managing the front office operations. The Front Office Manager will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with both guests and staff, handling guest inquiries and concerns, scheduling and supervising front office staff, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the front desk.


Qualifications

  • Skills in Office Administration and Front Office management
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality or related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
