Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Front Office Manager. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily operations at the front desk, ensuring seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising and training front desk associates, coordinating with other departments for smooth operations, and ensuring compliance with Marriott’s service excellence standards. The individual will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in front desk operations, reservations management, and guest services
  • Ability to lead, manage, and train a team, ensuring collaboration and operational efficiency
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using property management systems and computer programs
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in hotel front office management or a similar role is highly valued
