Front Office Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assigning duties to the staff and coordinating with the team. Your main tasks will include greeting patients and visitors politely, ensuring the efficient running of the appointment system, entering patient information into the software, and keeping the reception areas clean and tidy. Additionally, you will be required to assist in the preparation of meetings and conferences and perform record maintenance tasks such as message taking and mail receipt/dispatch. Key Responsibilities: - Greet patients and visitors politely and provide necessary information - Monitor the flow of patients to and from consulting rooms - Enter patient information into the software - Ensure patients are informed of any delays or schedule changes - Respond to queries and requests for assistance - Receive and make calls, divert calls, and take messages - Pick up and deliver couriers and parcels - Assist in the preparation of meetings and conferences - Maintain records such as message taking, mail receipt/dispatch, and visitor details - Perform any additional duties as assigned for effective business operation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 2 years of total work experience preferred - Fluent in English and Tamil preferred Company Additional Details: The job type is full-time and permanent.
