You will be responsible for the following tasks in this role: - Control of front desk tidiness and availability of all necessary stationery and material including pens, forms, and informative leaflets - Ensuring timely and accurate customer service - Training and supporting office staff - Handling complaints and specific customer requests - Managing mail distribution - Managing records of office expenses and costs - Overseeing the compliance with company's policies and security requirements - Overseeing Receptionist of the hotel Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred Experience Required: - 2 years of experience in hospitality preferred - Total work experience of 2 years preferred Language Skills: - Proficiency in English and Hindi preferred Additional Details: Food will be provided for employees.
