Front Office Manager

You are responsible for handling front office operations, truck loading/unloading record maintenance, and basic bookkeeping. You will manage daily operational and administrative activities within the company campus under direct supervision. - Maintain daily truck loading and unloading records accurately. - Handle bookkeeping, inward/outward entry registers, and basic Tally entries (preferred). - Manage visitor entry, gate records, and communication with drivers and logistics staff. - Maintain company documents, bills, receipts, and filing in an organized manner. - Coordinate with management for dispatch planning and reporting. - Manage front office operations, phone calls, and routine correspondence. - Update records digitally using MS Excel, Word, and email. - Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper communication across campus and staff. - Assist in basic company administrative work whenever required. Qualifications: - Graduate (B.Com / B.A / equivalent). - Minimum 3 years of experience in office or dispatch coordination. - Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and computer operation is mandatory. - Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English). - Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and record accuracy.
