Job Summary:

The Front Office Manager ensures smooth functioning of the front desk, handles guest experience, and coordinates with other hotel departments to deliver exceptional hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Lead and train reception staff on SOPs and guest etiquette.
  • Maintain reservation systems and room allocation.
  • Ensure cash handling, billing, and audit reports are accurate.
  • Resolve guest complaints and requests efficiently.
  • Monitor lobby cleanliness and presentation.
  • Prepare shift rosters and performance evaluations.

Profile Requirements:

  • Graduate in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • 4–6 years of experience in hotel front office operations.
  • Knowledge of IDS/Opera/PMS systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to handle VIP guests and high-pressure situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
