Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive based in Gurugram. The Front Office Executive will handle daily receptionist duties such as managing the front desk, greeting guests, and assisting with check-ins and check-outs. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining records of reservations and guest information. The role also involves coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Receptionist Duties, Front Office skills
Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
Customer Service experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is a plus
Graduate or diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management will be an advantage
Minimum Experience: 0-2 years
