Job Description

  • Greeting and Welcoming:Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Phone Management:Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Visitor Management:Registering and directing visitors, ensuring they are properly received and assisted.
  • Administrative Tasks:Handling tasks like data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.
  • Communication:Responding to emails and other correspondence, and providing basic information to callers and visitors.
  • Office Maintenance:Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, and that necessary supplies are available.
  • Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Coordination:Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth office operations and efficient workflows.
  • Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of visitors, phone calls, and other relevant information.
  • Security:Following safety procedures and reporting any safety concerns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
