Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, courteous, and well-presented Front Office Executive to manage reception and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience while maintaining smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, patients, or clients in a polite and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls or messages.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization’s services.
  • Register visitors/patients and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Schedule and manage appointments or meetings.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and communication.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the front desk and waiting area.
  • Assist in billing, payment collection, and other administrative support tasks (if required).
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome; experience in front office or customer service preferred).

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
  • Good command of English and local language.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused attitude and ability to handle pressure gracefully.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
