As a Front Desk Receptionist, your role involves welcoming and assisting guests at the hotel. You will greet guests warmly upon arrival, answer their questions, and provide information about the hotel and surrounding area. Key Responsibilities: - Manage reservations received via phone and online, including taking bookings and making changes. - Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner. - Ensure the reception area is tidy and has all necessary supplies. - Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle mail and packages. - Coordinate with other departments like housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
