Role Overview

The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a warm, professional, and efficient guest experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage front desk operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests with courtesy, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room allocations using the property management system.
  • Maintain guest records and ensure all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/credit transactions responsibly.
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk area are presentable and well-organized at all times.
  • Assist in promoting hotel services, facilities, and special offers to guests.
  • Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and safety/security standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist in the hospitality industry (1–3 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
