Experience Required: 1–3 Years in Front Office / Guest Handling
Crestmont Manral Resort is inviting applications from enthusiastic, guest-focused female professionals for our Front Office team. Be a part of a newly launched resort nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Ramnagar.
Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out
· Manage reservations and handle guest queries
· Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
· Maintain front office records and reports
· Ensure smooth guest experience with a warm attitude
Candidate Requirements:
· Minimum 1–3 years of front office experience in hospitality
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Pleasant personality and guest-friendly approach
· Knowledge of PMS/hotel software is a plus
