Position Overview:**

As a

Front Office Executive

you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk activities.

Location:** Kolkata, India
Responsibilities:**
Greet and assist visitors, manage the flow of people in the reception area, and answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, perform data entry, photocopy, scan, and file documents.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area. Keep track of and reorder office supplies.
Report to management and assist with various administrative tasks.
Monitor employee attendance and help manage the office schedule.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain organized files and records.
