Role Overview

As a Front Office Executive, you will be the face of Rockholm – the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is pivotal in setting the tone for a seamless and welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling guest requests, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a warm and efficient manner.
  • Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the retreat and services, and ensure a personalized experience.
  • Coordinate guest arrivals and departures with the Ayurveda, housekeeping, and restaurant teams.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records using the PMS (Property Management System).
  • Manage incoming calls and emails with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Ensure guest feedback is collected and shared for continuous improvement.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/credit card transactions securely.
  • Provide support for internal and external communication, including appointment scheduling.
  • Uphold our values of hospitality, empathy, discretion, and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in front office operations (preferably in an Ayurvedic or wellness resort).
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of German or other European languages is an asset.
  • Good computer skills, especially in MS Office and hotel PMS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A calm and composed personality with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
