Job Summary:

The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing front desk operations including patient registration, appointments, billing coordination, and handling general queries. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage patient registration, check-in, and check-out processes.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, and redirect calls as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the hospital system.
  • Coordinate with various departments such as billing, diagnostics, admissions, and OPD.
  • Guide patients regarding hospital facilities, consultants, and processes.
  • Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with hospital policies.
  • Assist with emergency response processes, when required.
