Handling registrations & billing for OPD Consultations, investigations and procedures.
Handling admission & discharge of In Patients.
Attending incoming and outgoing calls & transferring of calls to various departments.
Issuing of visitor passes in coordination with nursing in-charge of wards.
Responsible of safe handling of cash and payments of bills.
Handling health checkup and Patients Records ledger.
Ensuring compliance of Standard Operating Procedures.
Adequate action measure to resolve guest query.
Coordinating with other departments.
Handling of Ambulance request & requisition.
Maintaining records of all admission and discharges
Receiving required amount at the time of admission, till final clearance.
