Role & responsibilities Reception & Donor Management Greet and assist visitors, blood donors, and patients in a courteous manner. Manage front-desk operations including check-in, registration, and initial documentation. Guide donors through the process and direct them to the appropriate department. Communication & Coordination Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the concerned department/person. Maintain effective coordination with doctors, medical officers, and administrative staff. Administrative Support Maintain accurate records of visitors, donors, and daily activities. Assist in preparing reports, registers, and documentation required for compliance. Support administrative tasks like filing, correspondence, and courier management. Customer Service & Compliance Address donor queries and provide correct information regarding blood donation process. Ensure confidentiality of donor/patient information. Follow organizational policies and regulatory guidelines in daily operations. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication skills (English, Telugu, Hindi preferred). Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications. Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance. Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations. Gender Preference : Male (due to shift and operational requirements). Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per duty roster. Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and confidentiality.
