Experience : 5 to 6 years

Work Location: Chennai [ work from Office]

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

  • Visitor & Client Management:

Greet and welcome guests, direct visitors to the appropriate person or office, and maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

  • Communication:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide accurate information in person and via phone or email.

  • Administrative Support:

Organize and maintain files and records, create and update documents and spreadsheets, and perform other clerical duties like filing, photocopying, and faxing.

  • Mail & Deliveries:

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail.

  • Office Operations:

Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access, and manage office supplies and inventory.

  • Scheduling:

Update calendars and schedule meetings and appointments.

  • Customer Service:

Provide high-quality customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve client feedback or complaints in a manner consistent with company policy.

  • Record Keeping:

Maintain records of incoming and outgoing visitors and ensure data entry is completed accurately.
