Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Office Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a professional demeanor, making them the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring effective phone etiquette at all times.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organising documents.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks when required.
  • Maintain an organised front office environment to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support administrative staff with various tasks as directed.

Skills

  • Previous office experience is essential for this role.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Administrative experience that demonstrates capability in managing office tasks effectively.
  • Strong phone etiquette to ensure professional communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Typing skills with a high level of accuracy for data entry purposes.
  • Clerical experience that showcases attention to detail and reliability.
