- Reception Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, manage the reception area, and ensure it's clean and organized.- Phone and Email Management: Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and respond to emails.- Administrative Support: Provide support to various departments, manage office supplies, maintain records and databases, and perform tasks like filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, handle complaints, and maintain a positive first impression.- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, visitors, and colleagues professionally. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
