Role Overview

We are looking for a Receptionist / Front Desk Associate who can welcome guests with warmth, support daily hostel operations, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who enjoy meeting people, communicating clearly, and learning fast. If you’re energetic, polite, and love working in a youthful environment — this role is a great start to your hospitality career.

Key Responsibilities

● Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude (“service with a smile”).

● Handle check-ins, check-outs, registrations, and ID verifications.

● Guide guests with clear information on rooms, rules, facilities, and events.

● Handle calls, queries, and basic coordination with housekeeping and operations.

● Maintain daily records, billing entries, and simple Excel/Word updates.

● Resolve guest concerns politely and escalate when needed.

● Support hostel operations during rush hours and shift transitions.
