The Front Office team is the face and voice of Rival Rebound. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about creating memorable experiences, thrive in a dynamic, high-traffic environment, and can handle everything from ticketing and payments to resolving guest queries with a positive, professional attitude.

Position Summary: The Front Office/Reception Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the guest's initial arrival and departure experience. This role requires exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere while handling key operational tasks, ensuring smooth customer flow and high guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Experience and Customer Service :

  • First Point of Contact: Warmly greet all guests, manage queues efficiently, and provide accurate, enthusiastic information about all park offerings, safety rules, and pricing packages.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively address guest concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally
  • Positive Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and high-energy reception area that reflects the fun atmosphere of Rival Rebound.

2. Operational & Transaction Management:

  • Ticketing and Sales: Efficiently process all ticket sales, party bookings, group reservations, and merchandise sales using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately manage cash, credit card transactions, and daily floats, ensuring end-of-day reconciliation and reporting is flawless.
  • Waiver Management: Ensure all guests correctly complete and sign necessary liability waivers and documentation.
  • Communication Hub: Answer and route all incoming phone calls and manage general email inquiries promptly and courteously.

3. Safety and Administration:

  • Safety Briefing Coordination: Assist with organizing groups and ensuring guests are routed for mandatory safety briefings and wristband allocation efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized logs of daily visitors, incident reports, and event details.
  • Inter-Departmental Liaison: Effectively communicate capacity updates, reservation changes, and special guest requirements to the Park Operations and Party Planning teams.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a Front Office, Receptionist, Customer Service, or hospitality role, preferably within a high-volume retail, entertainment, or service environment.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in using modern Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic MS Office applications.
  • Experience with handling cash and performing daily reconciliation/closing reports.
  • Attributes:
  • High Energy and Enthusiasm: Must be highly energetic, approachable, and possess a genuinely positive attitude.
  • Excellent Communication: Superior verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively under pressure during peak times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
