Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Interaction & Service

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries, calls, and special requests politely and efficiently.
  • Provide information about property facilities, local attractions, transport, and services.
  • Assist in handling guest complaints and escalate to seniors if required.
  • Collect guest feedback and encourage online reviews.

Front Office Operations

  • Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest records using hotel software (Ezee Absolute).
  • Ensure guest registration forms are accurately filled, signed, and stored.
  • Maintain proper records of payments, bills, and receipts.
  • Assist with daily occupancy updates and share reports with seniors.
  • Maintain key control and ensure security procedures are followed.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and kitchen for room readiness.
  • Assist in luggage handling and welcome drink service during arrival.
  • Verify guest ID, collect payments, and update details in the system.
  • Settle bills, reconcile charges (rooms, F&B, activities), and process payments at checkout.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with all departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Security) for smooth guest service.
  • Update arrival/departure status and special requests in daily briefings.
  • Assist in handling walk-in guests and promote upselling of hotel services.

Other Responsibilities

  • Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
  • Assist senior staff in training new team members.
  • Support in emergencies by following hotel safety and first aid procedures.
  • Take up additional duties assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality (freshers may also apply).
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations and hotel software.
  • Professional grooming, polite behavior, and a guest-oriented mindset.

Working Conditions

  • Requires flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Combination of desk work and guest interaction.
  • May involve extended hours based on operational needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
