Job description: - Front Office Administrator (Female Candidates Only)

Pay: 15,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and multi-talented individual to join our team as a Front Office Administrator. This unique role requires a blend of strong administrative skills and an engaging on-camera presence. The selected candidate will manage front office operations while also serving as a presenter and host for media productions, ensuring smooth coordination and professional delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Administrative Duties

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with HR, Sales, Marketing, Media, Housekeeping, and other departments to support organizational objectives.
  • Oversaw telephone call management and ensured proper message delivery to staff. Handle day-to-day office operations including answering phone calls, responding to emails, documentation, stock management of stationery, and pantry coordination.
  • Ensured a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and internal communication efficiently.
  • Handle courier services, filing, and document control activities.
  • Support office administration, meeting coordination, and vendor communication.

Media & Presentation Duties

  • Anchoring & On-Camera Presence: Host and present content confidently for both studio and outdoor shoots with professionalism and audience appeal.
  • On-Site Adaptability: Handle on-set requirements, equipment adjustments, or last-minute changes with ease.
  • Voiceover & Narration: Deliver clear and expressive voiceovers aligned with the production’s tone and style.
  • Audience Engagement: Use effective communication and expressions to maintain audience interest.
  • Flexibility & Improvisation: Adapt to changes in script, direction, or environment during live and recorded sessions.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished, camera friendly appearance, including grooming, makeup, and wardrobe as per production requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Media, Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in front office administration and/or media presentation is an added advantage.
  • Freshers seeking a competitive career start are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Confident on-camera presence with excellent verbal articulation.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, adapt quickly, and think on feet.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with media/production tools is a plus.
  • The opening is for our Kochi Branch. Hence Only female candidates from Kerala, who are ready to relocate to Kochi, may apply.
