Job Description

As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing front office operations, including monitoring office consumable inventory and ensuring sufficient stock availability at the site. - Providing administrative support to various teams by assisting with data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed. - Monitoring the attendance of housekeeping/security staff and ensuring accurate billing. - Ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of the office premises, common areas, and other designated areas. - Coordinating with external vendors or contractors for specialized cleaning services, repairs, or maintenance as required (e.g., plumbers, AC technicians, pest control). - Arranging office events and special occasions, including organizing cakes, snacks, and lunches for staff. - Maintaining petty cashbooks and handling various AMCs such as AC, pest control, office sanitization, and coffee vending machines. You will also be responsible for: - Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals. - Managing couriers distribution and printing and records of ID cards, visiting cards, and RFID cards. - Monitoring CCTV cameras and taking care of various office maintenance tasks including computers, telephones, CCTV, AC, carpentry, UPS, and batteries. - Managing utility bills such as telephone, electricity bills, credit card bills, property tax receipts, and office rent. - Arranging onboarding and offboarding kits for employees. - Tracking and monitoring employee transportation, keeping records of travel expenses for reimbursement and financial records. Additionally, the required skills for this role include proficiency in onboarding and offboarding processes, administrative tasks, office maintenance, employee transportation management, call handling, inventory management, vendor coordination, CCTV monitoring, data entry, pest control, and utility bill management.,
