Front Office Admin

DLCO Infra Projects Private Limited is looking for a young, energetic, and motivated Female Front Office Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a professional office environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails appropriately
• Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
• Maintain office cleanliness, supplies, and basic inventory
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and records
• Assist in drafting simple correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Support basic travel coordination and office arrangements
• Assist HR with basic tasks such as employee documentation and onboarding support
• Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures
• Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers when required
• Handle confidential information responsibly
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn with a positive and proactive attitude
• Basic organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Professional behavior and presentable appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,164.69 per month
