Front Office Admin – Fresher

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Front Office Admin to join our team in Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a warm, professional approach
Handle phone calls and front desk operations
Maintain records and support daily administrative tasks
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Ensure the front office remains organized and inviting

Requirements:

Freshers are encouraged to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, basic data entry)
Presentable, positive attitude, and quick learning ability
