Job Description

We are looking for a polite, organised, and responsible Front Desk Admin to manage day-to-day reception and administrative tasks at our Therapy Centre. The role involves supporting parents, therapists, and the management team to ensure smooth functioning of the centre. Key Responsibilities Greet parents and children warmly and maintain a friendly reception area Handle daily attendance of children and therapists Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately Assist in basic billing, fee follow-ups, and receipts Keep track of centre supplies and assist with procurement Support management in daily operational tasks Maintain confidentiality and a positive environment within the centre Skills Required Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email) Organised, punctual, and responsible Friendly and patient attitude while interacting with children and parents Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Qualifications Graduation preferred Fresher or up to 1 year experience can apply Training will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
