You'll drive technical decisions, shape user experiences, and mentor fellow engineers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on clean architecture, enjoys solving complex challenges, and values performance, scalability, and non-functional requirements (NFRs). What You’ll Do Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive UI components. Build and maintain modular, performant React apps using MFEs and AppKit in a monorepo (Nx) setup. Lead or support end-to-end feature development : architecture, performance, testing, telemetry, and long-term scalability. Participate in refinement and sprint planning to align closely with product needs and ensure efficient delivery. Conduct code reviews , mentor peers, and uphold high standards for code quality and best practices. Engage in architectural discussions , contributing to long-term technical direction. Ensure production-readiness using logging, monitoring, and telemetry tools like DataDog . Write unit, integration, and e2e tests to drive automation and stability. Contribute to shared component libraries to maintain consistency across the UI ecosystem. Mandatory Skills & Experience ✅ 5–8+ years of front-end engineering experience in scaled environments ✅ Strong proficiency in React , especially with Hooks , Context API , and component design principles ✅ Solid hands-on with GraphQL for front-end/backend integration ✅ Experience with state management tools like Redux , Redux Toolkit , or Zustand ✅ Expertise in performance optimizations using React Query , TanStack Query , memoization, and code splitting ✅ Proven experience with Micro Frontends and component-driven architecture ✅ Deep understanding of turning Figma designs into highly responsive and pixel-perfect UI ✅ Familiar with Nx monorepos , CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and trunk-based development ✅ Experience using and enforcing internal design systems (AppKit or similar) ✅ Skilled in agile methodologies , refinement, estimation, and team collaboration ✅ Excellent communicator and a proactive problem-solver Nice to Have ✨ Experience with NestJS , Node.js , or backend integration workflows ✨ Familiarity with Azure Service Bus/Event Hub for async messaging ✨ Exposure to monitoring and alerting tools like DataDog ✨ Understanding of frontend API integration performance and caching strategies ✨ Knowledge of MongoDB schema design and performance tuning ✨ Experience with Storybook or Swagger for documentation automation ✨ Contributions to shared design systems or UI libraries
