Front End Developer

We are looking for a Freelance UX Designer to join our creative team on a project-basis. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and UI designers to craft meaningful user experiences for web and mobile platforms. Your work will directly influence how users interact with our products — making digital experiences easier, more engaging, and more impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and analytics to understand user behaviors and needs.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and UX documentation to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual and interaction design are aligned.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UX solutions.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing insights.
• Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Designer (portfolio required).
• Strong proficiency in UX tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, etc.).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to turn data and user insights into actionable design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with web and mobile UX design best practices.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards is a plus.

Preferred

• Background in working with startups or product teams.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Experience conducting remote usability testing.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
