About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Frontend Developer who excels at turning Figma designs into high-quality, lightweight, responsive, and beautiful web experiences using React. You should have an eye for design and a passion for crafting fast, interactive interfaces that bring complex visuals to life—including 3D elements, micro-interactions, and modern animations.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready React components.
• Build responsive layouts that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Create complex UI with 3D elements, animations, transitions, and micro-interactions.
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and fast load times.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver flawless user experiences.
• Maintain design consistency, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Stay updated with modern frontend trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and HTML/CSS (including SCSS or styled-components).
• Deep understanding of CSS animations, GSAP, Framer Motion, or similar animation libraries.
• Experience with 3D rendering (Three.js or similar) is a big plus.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and modular code.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with design systems and best practices for UI/UX implementation.
• A strong portfolio of past web design implementations is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js or other SSR frameworks.
• Basic understanding of backend APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Familiarity with performance tools (Lighthouse, WebPageTest).
