QA TESTER We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our Cloud-based CRM Software across web and Android platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring smooth deployment of every build. Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports • Perform manual testing for web and Android versions of CRM • Conduct functional, regression, UI/UX, and performance testing • Verify API responses using tools like Postman • Collaborate with developers to reproduce and fix reported bugs • Ensure proper data validation, login, and user role verification • Track and report defects using Jira / Trello / ClickUp • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) before release • Test compatibility across browsers and mobile devices • Maintain testing documentation and release notes. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and bug tracking • Experience in testing Web & Mobile Apps (Android) • Familiar with API testing (Postman) • Knowledge of database validation (MySQL / MongoDB) • Hands-on with functional, regression, and UI testing • Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills • (Optional) Experience with automation tools like Selenium / Appium Tools & Technologies Category Test Management API Testing Tools Jira, Trello, ClickUp Postman Automation (optional) Version Control Selenium, Appium Git, GitHub Database Testing MySQL Workbench Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering • 13 years of experience in QA Testing • Experience testing CRM, ERP, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
