About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented React Frontend Developer to join our dynamic development team in Kondhwa, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of React.js and modern frontend development practices, with the ability to translate design concepts into high-quality, responsive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Work with RESTful APIs to fetch and display data dynamically.
• Optimize application performance, loading times, and responsiveness.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across browsers and devices.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning.
• Stay updated with the latest React.js features, libraries, and UI trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1 year of hands-on experience in frontend development using React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Redux / Context API, Hooks, and React Router.
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON-based data integration.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git / GitHub.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Babel.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Salary Range:

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)
