Job Title- Frontend Developers (React / Next.js)

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Frontend Developers to take ownership of the customer-facing and internal administration interfaces for our cutting-edge travel platform. You will play a crucial role in building performant, scalable, and beautifully designed web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Development: Independently develop, maintain, and enhance all web interfaces, dashboards, and complex UI-level logic for the core travel platform.
• Feature Ownership: Take full ownership of distinct product features, managing their lifecycle from technical design to deployment.
• Component Architecture: Design and implement reusable, high-performance React components and modular architecture using the Next.js framework.
• State Management: Effectively manage application state using Redux (or a similar modern state management solution) to ensure predictable data flow across the application.
• API Integration: Lead the integration of internal and third-party services using Axios to consume REST APIs securely and efficiently.
• Responsive Design: Ensure the platform is accessible, performant, and responsively designed across all devices using modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.
• Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, establish best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or a related field is preferred. Practical experience and a strong portfolio can be equally valuable.

• Expert Proficiency: 2 - 4 years of hands-on professional development experience with React.js and Next.js.

• State Management: Strong practical experience with Redux (or Redux Toolkit/Zustand) for complex state management.

• API Mastery: Proven ability to integrate and manage data flow from REST APIs using libraries like Axios.

• UI/UX Implementation: Deep understanding of modern responsive design principles and hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.

• Full Stack Awareness: Basic understanding of Node.js APIs, backend data flow, and how the frontend interacts with the underlying infrastructure.

• Ownership: Demonstrated ability to independently manage and deliver feature sets for distinct panels (e.g., Customer-facing portal and Admin dashboards).

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
