Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer who is passionate about building elegant, high-performing, and scalable user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with React.js and modern front-end development practices, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive, modern front-end applications using React.js and Tailwind CSS.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions.

Ensure high performance and cross-browser compatibility.

Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.

Contribute to technical design discussions, sprint planning, and architecture decisions.

Identify and fix performance bottlenecks or UI bugs.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of proven front-end development experience.

Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS or similar styling frameworks.

Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data.

Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows.

Understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and responsive design principles.

Nice to Have

Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or Ionic/Flutter Web.

Knowledge of Laravel Blade or PHP-based backends.

Experience working with SaaS or large-scale product environments.
