Front End Developer

Role Overview: You will be working as a Front End Developer at Aiqwip, responsible for building responsive, performant, and accessible UIs using React, Vite, and Next.js. Your role will involve designing modern component-based architectures, collaborating with clients to gather requirements, and communicating technical solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Build responsive, performant, and accessible UIs using React + Vite and Next.js - Design and implement modern component-based architectures using Tailwind CSS, antD, shadcn - Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and translate business needs into technical solutions - Communicate technical trade-offs, risks, and progress in client meetings - Use GitHub for version control, branching, and collaboration - Participate in code reviews, maintain high coding standards, and troubleshoot system performance - Contribute to improving deployment and scaling processes, primarily on Azure - Set up and maintain a modular and scalable frontend codebase with clear documentation - Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and AI engineers to bring dynamic user experiences to life - Optimize frontend performance with lazy loading, code-splitting, and caching strategies Qualifications Required: - Experience with SSO integrations (Okta, Azure AD) - Proficiency in ReactJS (Hooks, Functional Components) and Git - Familiarity with Vite for fast builds and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS - Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and API integration - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills - Knowledge of GitHub workflows, branching strategies, and CI/CD workflows - Experience with form design/management and validation Additional Details: Aiqwip is a company focused on building full-stack applications powered by Agentic AI and delivering world-class user experiences through scalable architectures and robust AI integrations.
