Job Description

As a Front-End Developer at Mastercard, you will play a crucial role in building an Agentic AI platform that revolutionizes the delivery of intelligent, personalized experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to design intuitive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces that seamlessly connect users to AI-powered capabilities. By translating design concepts into interactive experiences that adhere to Mastercard's design standards, you will contribute to delivering exceptional usability. Key Responsibilities: - UI/UX Development: Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces for the Agentic AI platform using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Design System Alignment: Implement Mastercard's design guidelines to ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across the platform. - Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into functional components. - Integration: Connect front-end interfaces with backend services and APIs to facilitate efficient data flow and dynamic interactions. - Performance Optimization: Optimize load times, interactions, and design scalability for various devices and browsers. - Testing & Quality Assurance: Write unit and integration tests, and engage in code reviews to uphold high-quality standards. - Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and best practices to enhance platform capabilities. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and one or more modern front-end frameworks, with React being preferred. - Experience in developing responsive and accessible web applications following WCAG compliance. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services. - Understanding of UI/UX principles and effective collaboration with designers. - Knowledge of version control tools like Git and CI/CD workflows. - Exposure to design systems or component libraries. - Passion for delivering clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
